BASED ON DECREE NO. 33/2005/ND-CP OF MARCH 15, 2005 ISSUED BY THE GOVERNMENT PROVIDING GUIDELINES FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE ANIMAL HEALTH ORDINANCE;

BASED ON DECREE NO. 86/2003/ND-CP OF JULY 18, 2003 ISSUED BY THE GOVERNMENT PROVIDING THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT;

THE SUPPLEMENTARY LIST OF VETERINARY DRUGS PERMITTED FOR CIRCULATION IN VIETNAM IN 2006.

Article 2. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS AFTER ITS PUBLICATION IN THE STATE GAZETTE.

Article 3. THE HEAD OF THE OFFICE, THE DIRECTOR OF THE DEPARTMENT OF ANIMAL HEALTH, THE HEAD OF THE SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY DEPARTMENT, THE HEADS OF THE RELATED AUTHORITIES, ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS INSIDE AND OUTSIDE VIETNAM ENGAGED IN ACTIVITIES RELATED TO THE PRODUCTION, DISTRIBUTION AND USE OF VETERINARY DRUGS IN VIETNAM ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENFORCING THIS DECISION./.
