Regarding the delineation of certain oil and gas blocks in
the southern continental shelf of Vietnam

PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Petroleum Law dated July 6, 1993 and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Petroleum Law dated June 9, 2000;
Pursuant to Decree No. 48/2000/NĐ-CP dated September 12, 2000 of the Government detailing the implementation of the Petroleum Law;
Considering the proposal of the Vietnam Oil and Gas Group at Circular No. 715/DKVN-TKTD dated February 1, 2007;
DECISION:
Article 1. Delineating certain oil and gas blocks on the southern continental shelf of Vietnam (annex attached).
Article 2. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 3. The Ministers of Industry, Planning and Investment, Finance, Foreign Affairs, National Defense, Justice, the Chairman of the Board of Directors, General Director of the Vietnam Oil and Gas Group, and heads of relevant agencies shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
