DECISION
Issuing the framework curriculum for intermediate vocational level and higher vocational level programs in "Mining Underground Electrical Engineering"
MINISTER OF LABOUR - INVALIDS AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS
Pursuant to the Vocational Education Law dated November 29, 2006;
Pursuant to Decree No. 186/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 25, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labour - Invalids and Social Affairs;
Pursuant to Decision No. 01/2007/QĐ-BLĐTBXH dated January 4, 2007 of the Minister of Labour - Invalids and Social Affairs promulgating regulations on framework curricula for intermediate vocational level and higher vocational level programs;
Considering the proposal of the Evaluation Council regarding the issuance of the framework curriculum for intermediate vocational level and higher vocational level programs in "Mining Underground Electrical Engineering";
At the request of the Director General of the Vocational Education Administration,
DECIDES:
Article 1. To issue the attached framework curricula for intermediate vocational level and higher vocational level programs for the profession:"Mining Underground Electrical Engineering";
Based on these framework curricula, the Principals of vocational colleges, intermediate vocational schools, intermediate specialized secondary schools, colleges, and universities that have registered to provide intermediate and higher vocational education shall determine, review, and approve their respective vocational training programs.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from its date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. The Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, governmental agencies, political-social organizations, People's Committees of provinces and centrally-administered cities, the Vocational Education Administration, vocational colleges, intermediate vocational schools, intermediate specialized secondary schools, colleges, universities that have registered to provide intermediate and higher vocational education for the profession "Mining Underground Electrical Engineering", and related units shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
