Pursuant to Decree No. 01/2008/NĐ-CP dated January 28, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to the Animal Health Ordinance dated April 29, 2004;
Pursuant to Decree No. 33/2005/NĐ-CP dated March 15, 2005 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Animal Health Ordinance,
Article 1. The Supplemental List of Veterinary Drugs, Vaccines, Biological Preparations, Microorganisms, and Chemicals Used in Veterinary Medicine Permitted for Circulation in Vietnam Phase I 2009 is hereby issued together with this Circular.
Article 2. This Circular shall take effect forty-five days from the date of signature.
Article 3. The Head of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Department of Animal Health, the Director of the Department of Science, Technology, and Environment, the Heads of relevant agencies, organizations, and individuals both within and outside the country involved in the production, business, and use of veterinary drugs in Vietnam are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
