ISSUING THE CURRICULUM FOR TEACHER PROFESSIONAL TRAINING OF GRADUATES DESIRING TO BECOME SECONDARY SCHOOL TEACHERS

BASED ON THE EDUCATION LAW ON JUNE 14, 2005; BASED ON THE AMENDMENT AND SUPPLEMENTATION OF CERTAIN ARTICLES OF THE EDUCATION LAW ON NOVEMBER 25, 2009;
Pursuant to Decree No. 36/2012/NĐ-CP dated April 18, 2012 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
Pursuant to Decree No. 32/2008/NĐ-CP dated March 19, 2008 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;
BASED ON THE ASSESSMENT RESULTS OF THE QUALITY CONTROL BOARD FOR THE CURRICULUM FOR TEACHER PROFESSIONAL TRAINING OF GRADUATES DESIRING TO BECOME SECONDARY SCHOOL TEACHERS AT THE MEETING ON JULY 29, 2011;
7. Components of a training program include a group of courses and other learning and research activities with common characteristics in specialized fields; clearly playing a role in achieving a set of goals and requirements of the training program. These components are used to design the overall structure of the training program (such as general education, basic sciences, core subjects, internships and experiences, scientific research, and other components).

Article 1. ATTACHED HERETO IS THE CURRICULUM FOR TEACHER PROFESSIONAL TRAINING OF GRADUATES DESIRING TO BECOME SECONDARY SCHOOL TEACHERS.
Article 2. THIS CIRCULAR SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM JANUARY 20, 2013.
Article 3. THE DIRECTOR OF THE MINISTRY’S OFFICE, HEAD OF THE DEPARTMENT OF HIGHER EDUCATION, HEADS OF UNITS RELATED TO THE MINISTRY OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING, AND HEADS OF HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS RESPONSIBLE FOR TEACHER PROFESSIONAL TRAINING ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS CIRCULAR./.
