Issuing national standards in the field of security under the Ministry of Public Security

Pursuant to the Law on People's Police of Vietnam 2005;
Based on the Law on Animal Husbandry 2018;
Pursuant to the Decree No. 77/2009/NĐ-CP dated September 15, 2009 stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Public Security;
Pursuant to the Circular Jointly Issued No. 06/2010/TTLT-BCA-BKHCN dated December 30, 2010 of the Ministry of Public Security and the Ministry of Science and Technology regarding the development and application of standards in the field of security under the Ministry of Public Security;
At the proposal of the Director General of the Logistics and Technical Service General Department;
The Minister of Public Security issues this Circular issuing national standards in the field of security under the Ministry of Public Security.

Article 2. This Circular takes effect from December 24, 2013.
Any previous regulations of the Ministry of Public Security concerning national standards in the field of security under the Ministry of Public Security that conflict with this Circular shall be abolished.
Article 3. Directors of General Departments, heads of units directly under the Ministry of Public Security, Provincial Police Chiefs, Chief of the Municipal Public Security Services, and Chief of the Fire Prevention and Fighting Departments are responsible for implementing this Circular.
During the implementation of this Circular, if any difficulties arise, local police units and departments shall report to the Ministry of Public Security (through the Logistics and Technical Service General Department) for timely guidance.
