BASED ON THE LAW ON PROFESSIONAL TRAINING dated November 27, 2014;vocational training on November 27, 2014;
Decree No. DECREE NO. 14/2017/NĐ-CP dated October 17, 2017Article 1. DELEGATES THE TOTAL CIRCULATION DIRECTOR OF THE GENERAL DEPARTMENT OF VOCATIONAL EDUCATION TO ISSUE DETAILED REGULATIONS ON THE MINIMUM VOLUME OF KNOWLEDGE AND REQUIREMENTS FOR COMPETENCIES TO BE ACHIEVED BY STUDENTS UPON GRADUATION FROM VOCATIONAL COLLEGE AND HIGHER VOCATIONAL LEVELS FOR EACH POSITION IN THE INDUSTRIES AND OCCUPATIONS TRAINED AS PROVIDED IN ARTICLE 1 OF THIS CIRCULAR FOR SCHOOLS TO USE AS A BASIS FOR ORGANIZING THE DEVELOPMENT, REVIEW, AND APPROVAL OF TRAINING PROGRAMS AND CURRICULA APPLICABLE TO THEIR OWN INSTITUTIONS.
Article 3. THIS CIRCULAR SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM FEBRUARY 10, 2019.
MINISTRIES, MINISTERIAL LEVEL ORGANIZATIONS, GOVERNMENT-RELATED ORGANIZATIONS, PEOPLE'S COMMITTEES OF PROVINCES AND MUNICIPALITIES DIRECTLY UNDER THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT WITH SCHOOLS UNDER THEIR MANAGEMENT; SCHOOLS REGISTERED TO PROVIDE VOCATIONAL TRAINING AT THE VOCATIONAL COLLEGE AND HIGHER VOCATIONAL LEVELS FOR THE INDUSTRIES AND OCCUPATIONS AS PROVIDED IN ARTICLE 1 OF THIS CIRCULAR AND OTHER ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS RELATED TO THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THIS CIRCULAR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ITS ENFORCEMENT./.
