CIRCULAR
ISSUING THE CURRICULUM FOR NATIONAL DEFENSE AND SECURITY EDUCATION AT UPPER SECONDARY SCHOOLS
69/2017/NĐ-CP dated May 25, 2017 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;
Based on the Law on National Defense Education and Security dated June 19, 2013;
Pursuant to the Education Law dated June 14, 2019;
Decree No. The Minister of Education and Training issues this Circular to issue the Curriculum for National Defense and Security Education at Upper Secondary Schools.This Circular is promulgated with the Curriculum for National Defense and Security Education at Upper Secondary Schools attached hereto.
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of National Defense and Security Education;
This Circular applies to upper secondary schools, general education schools offering multiple levels including upper secondary level (hereinafter referred to as upper secondary schools), and related organizations and individuals..
Article 1. This Circular takes effect from January 11, 2021 and replaces Circular No. 02/2017/TT-BGDĐT dated January 13, 2017 of the Minister of Education and Training on the Curriculum for National Defense and Security Education in Upper Secondary Schools.
Article 2. The Director of the Office, Heads of Departments of National Defense and Security Education under the Ministry of Education and Training; Chairpersons of Provincial People's Committees directly under the Central Government; Directors of Departments of Education and Training; Principals of upper secondary schools; and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
Article 3. This Circular takes effect from January 11, 2021, and replaces Circular No. 02/2017/TT-BGDĐT dated January 13, 2017, issued by the Minister of Education and Training on the National Defense and Security Education Program in secondary schools.
Article 4. The Director of the Office, the Head of the Department of National Defense and Security Education under the Ministry of Education and Training; Heads of relevant units under the Ministry of Education and Training; Chairpersons of Provincial People's Committees and Municipal People's Committees directly under the Central Government; Directors of Departments of Education and Training; Principals of secondary schools; organizations and individuals concerned are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
