OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
THE PRESIDENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 120/SL dated January 25, 1948 establishing the Regional Committees,
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 121/SL dated January 25, 1948 appointing members of the South Central Region War Administration Committee,
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 254/SL dated November 19, 1948 defining the organization of local people's administration during the resistance period,
At the proposal of the Supreme National Defense Council,
ISSUES THE FOLLOWING DECREE-LAW
Article 1
Approves Mr. Le Duc Mai's resignation from his position as military commissioner in the South Central Region War Administration Committee.
Article 2
Appoints Mr. Le The Lam, acting Commander of the South Central Region, to serve as military commissioner in the South Central Region War Administration Committee in place of Mr. Le Duc Mai.
Article 3
The Supreme National Defense Council shall enforce this Decree-Law.
