OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
PRESIDENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 33/SL dated March 22, 1946 and Decree-Law No. 71/SL dated May 22, 1946 establishing the organizational rules of the Vietnam People's Army;
In accordance with Decree-Law No. 121/SL dated July 11, 1950 organizing the Ministry of National Defense - General Staff;
At the proposal of the Minister of National Defense,
ISSUES THE DECREE-ORDER:
Article 1
The Personnel Department under the Ministry of National Defense - Chief Commander is hereby established.
Article 2
Specific tasks and organization of the Personnel Department of the Ministry of National Defense - Chief Commander shall be stipulated by the Minister of National Defense.
Article 3
The Minister of National Defense - Chief Commander shall be responsible for implementing this Decree-Order.
