Permitting the establishment of the Vietnam Children's Rights Protection Association

THE MINISTER OF THE MINISTRY OF HOME AFFAIRS

Pursuant to Decree No. 102/SL-L004 dated May 20, 1957 promulgating the Law on the Right to Establish Associations;
Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 45/2003/NĐ-CP dated May 9, 2003 stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Home Affairs;
Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 88/2003/NĐ-CP dated July 30, 2003 stipulating the organization, operation, and management of associations;
Considering the proposal of the Chairman of the Committee for the Establishment of the Vietnam Children's Rights Protection Association and the proposal of the Director of the Department of Non-Governmental Organizations;

DECISION:

Article 1. Permitting the establishment of the Vietnam Children's Rights Protection Association.

Article 2. The Vietnam Children's Rights Protection Association shall organize and operate according to the Statutes of the Association approved by the Minister of Home Affairs and be subject to state management by the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs regarding the field of activity of the Association.

The Vietnam Children's Rights Protection Association shall have legal personality, its own seal and separate account, and shall finance its own operations and means of operation.

Article 3. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.

Article 4. The Chairman of the Vietnam Children's Rights Protection Association, the Director of the Department of Non-Governmental Organizations, and the Director of the Office of the Ministry are responsible for implementing this Decision.
