Regarding the issuance of regulations on the working relationship
between the Government and the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor
PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to Article 39 of the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;
Pursuant to Articles 3 and 12 of the Trade Union Law dated June 30, 1990;
After consultation with the Executive Board of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor,
DECISION:
Article 1. Now hereby promulgates the Regulations on the working relationship between the Government and the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor attached hereto.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of signing.
Article 3. The Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, and Heads of agencies under the Government are responsible for implementing this Decision.
