Regarding the announcement of the results of the codification of regulatory legal documents under the management of the Ministry of Education and Training for the period 2019-2023

THE MINISTER OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING

Pursuant to the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents dated June 22, 2015; the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents dated June 18, 2020;

Pursuant to Decree No. 86/2022/NĐ-CP dated October 24, 2022 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;

Pursuant to Decree No. 34/2016/ND-CP dated May 14, 2016 of the Government detailing certain provisions and implementing measures of the Law on Enacting Regulatory Legal Documents; Decree No. 154/2020/ND-CP dated December 31, 2020 of the Government amending and supplementing certain articles of Decree No. 34/2016/ND-CP dated May 14, 2016 of the Government detailing certain provisions and implementing measures of the Law on Enacting Regulatory Legal Documents;

At the request of the Director of the Legal Department,

DECISION:

Article 1. Annexed hereto are the results of the codification of regulatory legal documents under the management of the Ministry of Education and Training for the period 2019-2023, including:

1. The set of codified regulatory legal documents still in effect under the management of the Ministry of Education and Training during the codification period 2019-2023 (Electronic version).

2. List of regulatory legal documents still in effect under the management of the Ministry of Education and Training during the codification period 2019-2023.

3. List of regulatory legal documents that have expired or been terminated in full under the management of the Ministry of Education and Training during the codification period 2019-2023.

4. List of regulatory legal documents that have expired or been terminated in part under the management of the Ministry of Education and Training during the codification period 2019-2023.

5. List of regulatory legal documents requiring amendment, supplementation, replacement, abolition, or issuance of new documents under the management of the Ministry of Education and Training during the codification period 2019-2023.

Article 2. This Decision shall take effect from the date of signing.

1. The Legal Affairs Department shall coordinate with the Ministry's Office and relevant units to publish the results of the codification of regulatory legal documents under the management of the Ministry of Education and Training for the period 2019-2023 on the Ministry's electronic information website and the National Database of Legal Documents in accordance with the law.

2. Based on the list of documents in Clause 5 of Article 1 of this Decision, relevant units of the Ministry shall promptly draft and advise competent authorities to issue regulatory legal documents for amendment, supplementation, replacement, abolition, or issuance of new documents in accordance with the regulations.

Article 3. The Director of the Office, the Head of the Legal Affairs Department, the Heads of units under the Ministry of Education and Training; related agencies and organizations are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
