DECISION NO. 47/2000/QD-BTC OF APRIL 4, 2000 ISSUED BY THE MINISTER OF FINANCE ON ABOLISHING FEES FOR LICENSES ISSUED IN VIOLATION OF THE ENTERPRISE LAW
THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
Pursuant to Decree No. 15/CP dated March 2, 1993 of the Government on the tasks, powers, and responsibilities for management of ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
Pursuant to the Prime Minister's Decision No. 853/1997/CT-TTg dated October 11, 1997 on combating smuggling under new circumstances;
Pursuant to Decree No. 04/1999/NĐ-CP dated January 30, 1999 of the Government on fees and charges under the State budget;
Pursuant to Decision No. 19/2000/QD-TTg dated February 3, 2000 of the Prime Minister on abolishing licenses issued in violation of the Enterprise Law;
At the proposal of the Director General of the State Revenue总局局长的提议;
DECISION:
Article 1. Abolish the following fees for issuing licenses:
Fee for issuing a pollution control certificate.
Fee for issuing a certificate of eligibility to trade scrap metal.
Fee for issuing a certificate of eligibility to operate lodging businesses.
Fee for issuing a certificate of eligibility to operate pawnshops.
Fee for issuing a permit for relocating exploitation forces.
Fee for issuing a permit for distant sea fishing.
Fee for issuing a permit for fishery activities.
Fee for issuing a permit for seedling transfer.
Fee for issuing a registration certificate for aqua feed production.
Fee for issuing a harvesting certificate for mollusks.
Fee for issuing a certificate of origin for mollusks.
Fee for issuing a permit for financial advisory services.
Fee for issuing a permit for representing telecommunications equipment sales.
Fee for issuing a permit for providing telecommunications postal services.
Fee for issuing a permit for representing foreign express delivery companies.
Fee for issuing a permit for tourist transportation services.
Fee for issuing a certificate of compliance with food safety standards.
Fee for issuing a certificate of eligibility and conditions for establishing private medical equipment and device practices.
Fee for issuing a permit for inland waterway transport.

Article 2. This Decision takes effect from February 3, 2000. Any provisions regarding fees and charges that contravene this Decision shall be abolished.

Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government-affiliated agencies, People's Committees at all levels, and related agencies shall base their actions on the list of fees and charges attached to Decree No. 04/1999/ND-CP dated January 30, 1999 of the Government on fees and charges under state budget and Decision No. 19/2000/QD-TTg dated February 3, 2000 of
