BASED ON THE LAW ON ENACTING LEGAL DOCUMENTS OF NOVEMBER 12, 1996 AND THE AMENDMENT AND SUPPLEMENT TO SOME ARTICLES OF THE LAW ON ENACTING LEGAL DOCUMENTS OF DECEMBER 16, 2002;
BASED ON THE LAW ON RAILWAY TRAFFIC OF JUNE 14, 2005;
BASED ON THE ORDINANCE ON PRODUCT QUALITY OF DECEMBER 24, 1999;
BASED ON THE DECREE NO. 34/2003/NĐ-CP OF APRIL 4, 2003 OF THE GOVERNMENT PROVIDING THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF TRANSPORTATION;
CONSIDERING THE DOCUMENT NO. 703/ĐK OF JUNE 21, 2006 OF THE VIETNAM REGISTRATION COUNCIL SUBMITTING FOR APPROVAL THE INDUSTRY STANDARD "RAILWAY TRAFFIC EQUIPMENT - DIESEL LOCOMOTIVE - TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION, ASSEMBLY AND IMPORTATION";
PURSUANT TO THE PROPOSAL OF THE HEAD OF THE SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY DEPARTMENT,
DECISION:
Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS DECISION IS THE INDUSTRY STANDARD: "RAILWAY TRAFFIC EQUIPMENT - DIESEL LOCOMOTIVE - TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION, ASSEMBLY AND IMPORTATION".
REGISTRATION NUMBER: 22 TCN 357 - 06
Article 2. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 3. THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY'S OFFICE, THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY'S INSPECTION, THE HEAD OF THE SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY DEPARTMENT, THE DIRECTOR OF THE VIETNAM REGISTRATION COUNCIL, THE DIRECTOR OF THE VIETNAM RAILWAY COUNCIL, THE GENERAL DIRECTOR OF THE VIETNAM RAILWAY CORPORATION AND THE HEADS OF THE RELATED AGENCIES AND UNITS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION./.
