CONSIDERING THE DOCUMENT NO. 703/ĐK OF JUNE 21, 2006 OF THE VIETNAM REGISTRATION COUNCIL SUBMITTING FOR APPROVAL THE INDUSTRY STANDARD "RAILWAY TRAFFIC EQUIPMENT - DIESEL LOCOMOTIVE - TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION, ASSEMBLY AND IMPORTATION";
PURSUANT TO THE PROPOSAL OF THE HEAD OF THE SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY DEPARTMENT,
DECISION:
Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS DECISION IS THE INDUSTRY STANDARD: "RAILWAY TRAFFIC EQUIPMENT - DIESEL LOCOMOTIVE - TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION, ASSEMBLY AND IMPORTATION".

Article 2. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 3. THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY'S OFFICE, THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY'S INSPECTION, THE HEAD OF THE SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY DEPARTMENT, THE DIRECTOR OF THE VIETNAM REGISTRATION COUNCIL, THE DIRECTOR OF THE VIETNAM RAILWAY COUNCIL, THE GENERAL DIRECTOR OF THE VIETNAM RAILWAY CORPORATION AND THE HEADS OF THE RELATED AGENCIES AND UNITS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION./.
