Regarding the issuance of the Supplementary List of Crop Varieties Permitted for Production and Business
is permitted to produce and operate

MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
On the basis of Decree No. 86/2003/NĐ-CP dated July 18, 2003 of the Government on the Regulations of Functions, Tasks, Authorities, and Organizational Structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
On the basis of the Seed Law;
At the proposal of the Director of the Crop Production Department and the Head of the Science and Technology Department.
DECISION:
Article 1. The Supplementary List of Crop Varieties Permitted for Production and Business is hereby issued together with this Decision.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. The Heads of the Ministry's Office, the Crop Production Department, the Science and Technology Department, the Directors of the Departments of Agriculture and Rural Development of the provinces and centrally governed cities, and the Heads of related units are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
