The entity referred to in this Article is the main office, branch, sub-branch, or affiliated unit of credit organizations and other entities engaged in banking activities that have been assigned a bank code under Decision No. 23/2007/QĐ-NHNN dated June 5, 2007 issued by the Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam on the system of bank codes used in banking operations and transactions. |

The user referred to in this Article is the person registered by the using entity with the Credit Information Center to access and utilize credit information products.
Based on the maximum fees specified above, the Director of the Credit Information Center shall determine specific fees for each product during different periods.
The Director of the Credit Information Center may decide to reduce the usage fee for credit information products stipulated in Article 1 of this Decision for entities that comply well with the Credit Information Operation Regulations and utilize multiple credit information products. The conditions and extent of the reduction in the usage fee shall be determined by the Director of the Credit Information Center but shall not exceed 15% of the actual usage fee of the entity for the month.
Article 2. The fee for other credit information products shall be established by the Director of the Credit Information Center, ensuring full cost recovery, accumulation, and suitability with the service usage capacity of customers, including:
Article 3. 1. Summary report on customer information (S1x)
2. Special report on enterprises (S2x)
3. Emergency information report (S3x)
4. Timed information search (S4x)
5. Credit rating analysis product (S5x)
6. Credit scoring product (S6x).
These products mentioned in this Article shall be provided based on contracts to credit organizations, other entities engaged in banking activities, and other organizations and individuals with relevant needs.
This Decision takes effect from February 1, 2008, and replaces Decision No. 1669/2005/QĐ-NHNN dated November 18, 2005 of the Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam on the fee for credit information services.
Article 4. The Heads of the Office, Directors of the Accounting and Finance Department, Director of the Credit Information Center, Heads of units under the State Bank of Vietnam, Governors of the State Bank of Vietnam branches in provinces and centrally-administered cities, General Directors (Directors) of credit organizations, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
Article 5. The Head of the Office, the Director of the Accounting and Finance Department, the Director of the Credit Information Center, the Heads of units under the State Bank, the Directors of the State Bank branches in provinces and centrally governed cities, the General Directors (Directors) of credit organizations, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
