personnel managing museum objects

MINISTER OF CULTURE, SPORTS AND TOURISM
Pursuant to the Law on Cultural Heritage dated June 29, 2001 and Decree No. 92/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 11, 2002 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Cultural Heritage;
Article 1. Other types of artistic performances
Upon the proposal of the Director of the Heritage Management Department.
DECISION:
Article 1. Attached hereto is the Decision's Regulation on standards and responsibilities of staff and personnel managing museum objects.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. The Head of the Office, the Director of the Heritage Management Department, the Directors of national museums, specialized museums, provincial-level city museums under the central government, private museums, relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
