Issuing the Rules on Management of Inland Container Depots Activities

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;

Pursuant to Decree No. 154/2005/ND-CP dated December 15, 2005 of the Government stipulating customs procedures and customs inspection and supervision regimes;

At the proposal of the Minister of Transport,

The Prime Minister decides to issue the Rules on Management of Inland Container Depots Activities.

Article 1. These Rules are promulgated together with this Decision.

Article 2. This Decision takes effect from November 15, 2014.

Article 3. The Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government agencies, Chairpersons of provincial People's Committees under the direct jurisdiction of the central government shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
