Pursuant to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations dated June 29, 2006;
Pursuant to the Seedlings Law dated March 24, 2004;
BASED ON THE DECREE NO. 199/2013/NĐ-CP OF NOVEMBER 26, 2013 OF THE GOVERNMENT PROVIDING FOR THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS, AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT;
Based on the proposal of the Director of the Department of Science, Technology, and Environment and the Director of the Crop Production Department;
The Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development issues the national technical regulations on conditions for planting and caring for basic infrastructure rubber trees in the northern mountainous region.
Article 1. Attached herewith are the National Technical Regulations on Conditions for Planting and Caring for Basic Infrastructure Rubber Trees in the Northern Mountainous Region. Designation: QCVN 01-149:2014/BNNPTNT
Article 2. This Circular takes effect from June 11, 2015.
Article 3. The Director of the Department of Science, Technology, and Environment, the Director of the Crop Production Department, heads of relevant agencies, organizations, and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular.
During the implementation process, if there are difficulties, agencies, organizations, and individuals shall promptly report to the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development for study, amendment, and supplementation./.
