CIRCULAR
ISSUING THE LIST OF EXPORT AND IMPORT GOODS WITH HS CODES UNDER THE MANAGEMENT OF THE STATE BANK OF VIETNAM IN THE GOLD SECTOR
Pursuant to the Law on the State Bank of Vietnam dated June 16, 2010;
BASED ON THE FOREIGN TRADE MANAGEMENT LAW ON JUNE 12, 2017;
BASED ON THE DECREES NO. 16/2017/NĐ-CP OF FEBRUARY 17, 2017 OF THE GOVERNMENT REGULATING THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS, AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE STATE BANK OF VIETNAM;
BASED ON THE DECREES NO. 69/2018/NĐ-CP OF MAY 15, 2018 OF THE GOVERNMENT PROVIDING GUIDELINES FOR SOME PROVISIONS OF THE FOREIGN TRADE MANAGEMENT LAW;
AT THE REQUEST OF THE HEAD OF THE FOREIGN TRADE MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENTNo.The Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam issues a Circular amending and supplementing certain legal normative documents concerning administrative procedures and formalities in the field of foreign exchange management.”
THE GOVERNOR OF THE STATE BANK OF VIETNAM ISSUES THIS CIRCULAR TO ISSUE THE LIST OF EXPORT AND IMPORT GOODS WITH HS CODES UNDER THE SCOPEi OF MANAGEMENT OF THE STATE BANK OF VIETNAM IN THE GOLD SECTOR.
Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS CIRCULAR IS THE LIST OF EXPORT AND IMPORT GOODS WITH HS CODES UNDER THE SCOPE OF MANAGEMENT OF THE STATE BANK OF VIETNAM IN THE GOLD SECTOR.
Article 2. Effective Date
THIS CIRCULAR SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM FEBRUARY 12, 2019.
This Circular takes effect from December 25, 2025/.
THE HEAD OF THE OFFICE, THE HEAD OF THE FOREIGN EXCHANGE MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT, THE DIRECTOR OF THE TRADING DEPARTMENT, THE DIRECTORS OF THE STATE BANK OF VIETNAM BRANCHES IN PROVINCES AND CITIES DIRECTLY UNDER THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT; THE CHAIRPERSONS OF THE BOARD OF MANAGEMENT, THE CHAIRPERSONS OF THE BOARD OF MEMBERS, THE CHAIRPERSONS OF COMPANIES, THE GENERAL MANAGERS (DIRECTORS) OF ENTERPRISES ENGAGED IN THE EXPORT AND IMPORT OF GOLD RAW MATERIALS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS CIRCULAR.
