Issuing the Regulation on Coordination of Activities of Agencies Participating in ASEAN Cooperation

Pursuant to the Law on Government Organization No. 63/2025/QH15;

Pursuant to Decree No. 28/2025/ND-CP of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs;

At the proposal of the Minister of Foreign Affairs;

The Prime Minister issues this Decision on the Regulation on Coordination of Activities of Agencies Participating in ASEAN Cooperation.

Article 1. Attached hereto is the Regulation on Coordination of Activities of Agencies Participating in ASEAN Cooperation.

12/2025/TT-BNNMT dated June 19, 2025 issued by the Minister of Agriculture and EnvironmentEffectiveness

1. This Decision shall take effect from January 25, 2026.

2. Decision No. 142/QD-TTg dated January 31, 2009, promulgating the Working Regulations and Coordination between Agencies Participating in ASEAN Cooperation of Vietnam shall cease to be effective from January 25, 2026.

Article 3. Responsibility for Implementation

Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, and Heads of government agencies are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
