Regarding the establishment of the Hùng Vương Private University

PRIME MINISTER

Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;

Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 15/CP dated March 2, 1993 on the tasks, powers, and responsibilities of state management of ministries and ministerial-level agencies;

Considering the proposal of the Minister of Education and Training (document number 2568/TCCB dated July 31, 1995);

DECISION:

Article 1: Permission is granted to establish the Hùng Vương Private University in Ho Chi Minh City.

Article 2: The Hùng Vương Private University is a higher education institution subject to the management of the Ministry of Education and Training.

The university has legal personality, its own seal, and separate accounts.

The system of diplomas issued by the Hùng Vương Private University is part of the national diploma system.

Article 3: The Hùng Vương Private University operates and functions in accordance with the law, the private university charter issued by the Ministry of Education and Training, and the school's regulations approved by the Minister of Education and Training.

Article 4: The Minister of Education and Training, the Ministers and Heads of agencies at ministerial level, the Heads of government agencies, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City, and the Chairmen of the People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities related to this matter are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
