THE MINISTER OF LABOR, WAR INVALIDS AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS
Pursuant to the Law on Enacting Legal Normative Documents dated November 12, 1996;
Pursuant to Decree No. 101/CP dated September 23, 1997 of the Government detailing certain provisions of the Law on Enacting Legal Normative Documents;
Pursuant to Decree No. 96/CP dated December 7, 1993 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs;
Pursuant to Decision No. 355/TTg dated May 28, 1997 of the Prime Minister regarding the establishment of the Government Steering Committee for Comprehensive Review and Systematization of Legal Normative Documents;
After reaching consensus and upon authorization from relevant agencies;
At the proposal of the Chairman of the Steering Committee for Comprehensive Review and Systematization of Legal Normative Documents and the Heads of the Units,

Article 1. Repeal 91 legal normative documents listed in this Decision.
Article 2. Remove from the List of Expired Legal Normative Documents issued with Decision No. 449/1999/QĐ-BLĐTBXH dated April 16, 1999 the following documents:
1. Circular No. 15/LĐTBXH-TT dated June 2, 1993 guiding the implementation of regional allowance regulations (Item number 383).
2. Circular No. 18/LĐTBXH-TT dated June 2, 1993 guiding the implementation of overtime pay and night shift allowances (Item number 384).
3. Decision No. 225/LĐTBXH-QĐ dated April 2, 1994 establishing Technical Safety Inspection Centers (Item number 390).
The above three documents shall continue to be applied after April 16, 1999.
Article 3. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF SIGNATURE.
Article 4. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, agencies under the Government, People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, and units under the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs are responsible for implementing this Decision.
