ON THE INVENTORY OF ASSETS OF SOCIAL INSURANCE ORGANIZATIONS SUBORDINATE TO THE GENERAL CONFEDERATION OF LABOR OF VIETNAM AND THE LABOR - INVALIDS AND SOCIAL WELFARE SECTOR

Pursuant to the Law on the Organization of the Government dated September 30, 1992;
Pursuant to Decree No. 43-CP dated June 22, 1993 of the Government providing temporarily the social insurance regime;
At the proposal of the Minister, Head of the Organization-Cadre Department of the Government, and the Minister of Finance,

Article 1. Inventory all assets including land, buildings, equipment, means of transportation, capital funds, operating expenses, receivables, and other assets of the social insurance institutions under the Labor - Invalids and Social Welfare sector and the General Confederation of Labor of Vietnam.
Article 2. Entrust the Ministry of Finance to take the lead in guiding the inventory procedures for the General Confederation of Labor of Vietnam, the Ministry of Labor - Invalids and Social Welfare, and the People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities to direct subordinate social insurance organizations to carry out the inventory.
Article 3. The entire inventory work must be completed before October 31, 1994. Assets currently inventoried by existing social insurance organizations will be transferred to new social insurance organizations established by the Government.
Article 4. The Ministry of Finance shall coordinate with relevant agencies of the General Confederation of Labor of Vietnam to implement this Decision.
The Minister of Finance, the Minister of Labor - Invalids and Social Welfare, and the Chairpersons of the People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities are responsible for enforcing this Decision.
