REGARDING THE SUPPLEMENTATION OF MEMBERS TO THE HO CHI MINH AWARD AND STATE AWARD FOR SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY COUNCIL
PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;
Pursuant to the Ordinance on Ho Chi Minh Award and State Award for Science and Technology dated June 4, 1985;
Pursuant to Decree No. 251/CP dated June 12, 1981 of the Council of Ministers;
Pursuant to Decision No. 415/TTg dated July 15, 1995 of the Prime Minister regarding the establishment of the Ho Chi Minh Award and State Award for Science and Technology Council;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Science, Technology and Environment at Report No. 1822/KHTC dated August 8, 1995,
DECISION:
Article 1: Supplement the following members to the Ho Chi Minh Award and State Award for Science and Technology Council:
1. Professor Nguyen Trong Nhan, Minister of Health, member.
2. Professor Hoang Thuy Nguyen, former Director of the Hanoi Hygiene and Epidemiology Institute, Chairman of the Scientific Council of the Ministry of Health, member.
Article 2:
This Decision takes effect from the date of signature until the end of the award ceremony occasioning the 50th anniversary of the founding of the country.
Article 3:
The Chairperson of the Ho Chi Minh Award and State Award for Science and Technology Council, Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of agencies under the Government, Chairpersons of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, and members of the Ho Chi Minh Award and State Award for Science and Technology Council are responsible for implementing this Decision.
