REGARDING THE ANNOUNCEMENT OF 5 FOREIGN COMPANIES PERMITTED TO OPERATE VACCINES AND MEDICAL BIOPRODUCTS IN VIETNAM
THE MINISTER OF HEALTH
Pursuant to Decree No. 49/2003/NĐ-CP dated May 15, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Health;
Pursuant to Circular No. 10/2003/TT-BYT dated December 16, 2003 guiding foreign companies to register their activities related to vaccines and medical bioproducts with Vietnam;
Considering the recommendations of the Review Board for vaccine and medical bioproducts trading enterprises on January 14, 2004, and December 10, 2004;
At the proposal of the Director of the Preventive Medicine Department and AIDS Control Department of the Ministry of Health,
Pursuant to …;
Article 1. Announce 5 foreign companies permitted to register to operate vaccines and medical bioproducts in Vietnam (Attached to this Decision is a list of companies)
Article 2. Foreign companies permitted to operate vaccines and medical bioproducts and relevant provisions of Vietnamese law.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature and issuance.
Article 4. The following individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision: Director of the Office, Director of the Preventive Medicine and HIV/AIDS Control Department - Ministry of Health, Directors of Provincial and Central City Health Departments, Directors of companies named in Article 1.
