Issued pursuant to the Law on Credit Organizations No. 02/1997/QH10 dated December 12, 1997;

GOVERNOR OF THE STATE BANK OF VIETNAM

Pursuant to the Law on the State Bank of Vietnam No. 01/1997/QH10 dated December 12, 1997 and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on the State Bank of Vietnam No. 10/2003/QH11 dated June 17, 2003;

Pursuant to Decree No. 86/2002/ND-CP dated November 5, 2002 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;

Pursuant to the Statistics Law No. 04/2003/QH11 dated June 17, 2003;

This Decision hereby promulgates the Statistical Reporting System applicable to units under the State Bank and credit organizations (referred to as the Statistical Reporting System).

Pursuant to the proposal of the Director of the Monetary Policy Department,

DECISION:

Article 1. This Decision shall take effect from January 1, 2005 and replace the provisions on statistical reporting in Decision No. 516/2000/QD-NHNN1 dated December 18, 2000 of the Governor of the State Bank on the issuance of the Information Reporting System applicable to units under the State Bank and credit organizations and Decision No. 07/2004/QD-NHNN dated January 2, 2004 of the Governor of the State Bank on amending and supplementing certain reporting forms in the Information Reporting System applicable to units under the State Bank and credit organizations issued together with Decision No. 516/2000/QD-NHNN1 dated December 18, 2000 of the Governor of the State Bank.

Article 2. The Heads of the Office, Policy Department, Heads of relevant units under the State Bank, Governors of the State Bank branches in provinces and centrally-administered cities, Directors of Representative Offices in Ho Chi Minh City, General Directors (Directors) of credit organizations are responsible for implementing this Decision./.

Article 3. The Head of the Office, the Director of the Monetary Policy Department, the Heads of relevant units under the State Bank, the Governors of the State Bank branches in provinces and centrally governed cities, the Directors of the Representative Offices in Ho Chi Minh City, and the General Managers (Directors) of credit organizations are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
