Article 1. The public service units under the Ministry of Finance include:
1. Financial Academy.
2. University of Finance-Marketing.
3. Financial Publishing House.
4. College of Accounting-Finance.
5. College of Business Administration-Finance.
6. College of Customs-Finance.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of issuance. All previous provisions contrary to this Decision are abolished.
Article 3. The Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government agencies, Chairpersons of provincial People's Committees under the direct jurisdiction of the central government shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
