THE MINISTER OF CULTURE AND INFORMATION
On the basis of the Government Decree No. 81/CP dated November 8, 1993, stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture - Information;
On the basis of the Rules on Operation of the Government issued together with Government Decree No. 11/1998/NĐ-CP dated January 24, 1998;
At the proposal of the Director of the Ministry's Office and the Head of the Cadre and Civil Servant Department,

Article 1. The Rules on Operation of the Ministry of Culture and Information are hereby promulgated together with this Decision.
Article 2. The Rules promulgated together with this Decision shall take effect 15 days from the date of signature and replace the Rules on Operation of the Ministry of Culture and Information issued together with Decision No. 641/QĐ-PC dated May 31, 1993.
Article 3. Units under the Ministry shall base themselves on the Rules on Operation of the Ministry to establish new or amend their own Rules on Operation accordingly.
Article 4. The Director of the Ministry's Office and the Heads of units under the Ministry are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
