Pursuant to Decree No. 73/CP dated November 1, 1995 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to Decision No. 397 TCLD dated May 28, 1993 of the Ministry of Forestry, now the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, on the establishment of the Highway Timber Transport Enterprise, later renamed the Transport and Timber Trading Company of Hanoi under the First Timber Service Production and Import-Export Corporation, now directly under the Vietnam Forest Corporation;
Considering the proposal of the Vietnam Forest Corporation at Circular No. 604 TCT/TCLD/CV dated April 13, 2000;
At the proposal of the Director of the Cadre and Civil Servant Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. - Supplement the business activities for the Transport and Timber Trading Company of Hanoi directly under the Vietnam Forest Corporation: Processing and trading in import-export goods: woven bamboo and mat products, handicrafts, agricultural products.
Article 2. - The General Director of the Transport and Timber Trading Company of Hanoi is responsible for registering the supplementary business activities according to current regulations.
Article 3. - This decision takes effect fifteen days after the date of issuance.
Article 4. - The Head of the Office, the Director of the Cadre and Civil Servant Department, the Heads of relevant units under the Ministry, the General Director of the Vietnam Forest Corporation, and the General Director of the Transport and Timber Trading Company of Hanoi are responsible for implementing this decision./.
