Decree No. 48/2002/NĐ-CP Amending and Supplementing the List of Precious and Rare Wild Flora and Fauna issued together with Decree No. 18/HĐBT dated January 17, 1992 of the Council of Ministers on the List of Precious and Rare Forest Flora and Fauna and Management and Protection Regulations.

DECREE

AMEND AND SUPPLEMENT THE LIST OF WILD PLANTS AND ANIMALS OF SCIENTIFIC VALUE ISSUED TOGETHER WITH DECREE NO. 18/HĐBT OF JANUARY 17, 1992, OF THE STATE COUNCIL ON THE LIST OF WILD FOREST PLANTS AND ANIMALS OF SCIENTIFIC VALUE AND MANAGEMENT REGULATIONS.

THE GOVERNMENT

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;

BASED ON THE FOREST PROTECTION AND DEVELOPMENT LAW OF AUGUST 12, 1991;

PURSUANT TO THE PROPOSAL OF THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT.

DECREE

Article 1. AMEND AND SUPPLEMENT THE LIST OF WILD PLANTS AND ANIMALS OF SCIENTIFIC VALUE ISSUED TOGETHER WITH DECREE NO. 18/HĐBT OF JANUARY 17, 1992, OF THE STATE COUNCIL ON THE LIST OF WILD FOREST PLANTS AND ANIMALS OF SCIENTIFIC VALUE AND MANAGEMENT REGULATIONS.

THE LIST OF WILD PLANTS AND ANIMALS OF SCIENTIFIC VALUE AMENDED AND SUPPLEMENTED HEREWITH REPLACES THE LIST OF WILD FOREST PLANTS AND ANIMALS OF SCIENTIFIC VALUE AND MANAGEMENT REGULATIONS ISSUED TOGETHER WITH DECREE NO. 18/HĐBT OF JANUARY 17, 1992, OF THE STATE COUNCIL.

Article 2. The Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development is responsible for guiding the implementation of this Decree.

Article 3. This Decree shall take effect fifteen days from the date of signature.

Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, Chairpersons of provincial and centrally governed city People's Committees are responsible for implementing this Decree.
