Regarding the suspension of the implementation of Circular Joint Circular No. 03/2001/TTLT-BKHĐT-BCN-BTM
BCN-BTM dated May 18, 2001 issued by the Ministry of Planning and Investment,
the Ministry of Industry and the Ministry of Trade commerce
PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
At the meeting held on January 14, 2003 at the Government Office, upon the proposal of the Ministry of Planning and Investment, the Ministry of Industry, the Ministry of Trade, and the Ministry of Finance.
DECISION:
Article 1. Suspend the implementation of Circular Joint Circular No. 03/2001/TTLT-BKHĐT-BCN-BTM dated May 18, 2001 issued by the Ministry of Planning and Investment, the Ministry of Industry, and the Ministry of Trade guiding the importation of automobile parts in CKD form.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. The Ministers of the Ministries of Planning and Investment, Industry, Trade, and Finance are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
