At the proposal of the Head of the Payment Department,
Amend Point 5 of Appendix No. 3 on the banking code system used in transactions through the State Bank of Vietnam issued together with Decision No. 02/2006/QĐ-NHNN dated January 18, 2006 of the Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam as follows:
Change the name of the transaction of the China International Commercial Bank - Ho Chi Minh City Branch to Mega International Commercial Bank Co., Ltd and retain the bank's sequential code as follows:
