BASED ON THE PLANT PROTECTION AND QUARANTINE ORDINANCE 2001
Based on Decree No. 02/2007/NĐ-CP dated January 5, 2007 of the Government on Plant Quarantine;
AT THE SUGGESTION OF THE DIRECTOR OF THE PLANT PROTECTION DEPARTMENT.
DECISION:
Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS DECISION ARE THE "REGULATIONS ON PROCEDURES FOR ISSUING PLANT QUARANTINE PERMITS FOR IMPORTED OBJECTS THAT REQUIRE RISK ANALYSIS PRIOR TO IMPORT INTO VIETNAM".
Article 2. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT FIFTEEN DAYS AFTER ITS PUBLICATION IN THE OFFICIAL GAZETTE. ALL PREVIOUS PROVISIONS CONTRARY TO THESE REGULATIONS SHALL BE ABROGATED.
Article 3. THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY'S OFFICE, THE DIRECTOR OF THE PLANT PROTECTION DEPARTMENT, AND THE HEADS OF THE RELEVANT AUTHORITIES, ORGANIZATIONS, AND INDIVIDUALS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION./.
