DECISION OF THE PRIME MINISTER
Regarding the approval of the Agreement between the Government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the Government of the Republic of Mozambique on encouragement and mutual protection of investments
Vietnam Pursuant to the Law on the Conclusion, Accession and Implementation of International Treaties dated June 14, 2005;
At the proposal of the Minister of Planning and Investment.

PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Approves the Agreement between the Government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the Government of the Republic of Mozambique on encouragement and mutual protection of investments signed in Hanoi on January 16, 2007.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs shall handle diplomatic procedures for the approval and notify domestic agencies of the date when the Agreement takes effect.
DECISION:
Article 1. Pham Gia Khiem
Article 2. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs shall handle external procedures regarding the approval and notification to domestic agencies of the date on which the aforementioned Agreement enters into force.
