ISSUING REGULATIONS ON THE REVIEW OF LITERARY SCRIPTS FOR FILMS USING STATE BUDGET FUNDS

MINISTER OF CULTURE, SPORTS AND TOURISM
WHEREAS, the Cinema Law on June 29, 2006 and Decree No. 96/2007/NĐ-CP dated June 6, 2007 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Cinema Law;
Article 1. Other types of artistic performances
WHEREAS, Decree No. 61/2002/NĐ-CP dated June 11, 2002 of the Government on remuneration rates;
CONSIDERING the proposal of the Director of the Cinema Department;
DECISION:
Article 1.ATTACHED HERETO WITH THIS DECISION:
1. Regulations on the review of literary scripts for films using state budget funds.
2. The following forms:
a) Form for reviewing literary scripts for films using state budget funds;
b) Minutes of the review of literary scripts for films using state budget funds;
c) Decision allowing the production of films using state budget funds.
12/2025/TT-BNNMT dated June 19, 2025 issued by the Minister of Agriculture and EnvironmentThis Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette. The Management Regulation on Film Creation issued together with Decision No. 1335/QĐ-ĐA dated June 4, 1997 of the Ministry of Culture and Information is hereby repealed.
Article 3. The Director of the Cinema Department, the Head of the Office, the Director of the Planning and Finance Department, members of the Council for the Review of Literary Scripts for Films Using State Budget Funds, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
