THE MINISTER OF JUSTICE

Pursuant to Decree No. 15/CP dated March 2, 1993 of the Government on the tasks, powers, and responsibilities for state management of ministries and ministerial-level agencies;

Pursuant to Decree No. 38/CP dated June 4, 1993 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organization of the Ministry of Justice;

Pursuant to Decision No. 414/TCCP-VC dated May 29, 1993 of the Government Organizational and Cadre Affairs Board on the issuance of professional standards for administrative civil servant ranks;

Pursuant to Circular No. 530/TCCP-VC dated July 14, 1993 of the Government Organizational and Cadre Affairs Board delegating authority to the Ministry of Justice to issue professional standards for administrative civil servants in the Justice sector;

Considering the proposal of the Director of the Organization and Cadre Affairs Department of the Ministry of Justice.

DECISION:

Article 1.

Now hereby issuing the professional standards for administrative civil servant ranks in the Justice sector (attached standards document) including:

Senior Legal Specialist;

Principal Legal Specialist;

Legal Specialist;

Legal Clerk;

Article 2.

The professional standards of the aforementioned ranks are for Ministries, Sectors, Localities to implement the use, recruitment, appointment, training, promotion, and rank transfer for administrative civil servants in the Justice sector according to the general regulations of the State.

Article 3.

The Minister, Heads of government agencies, Chairmen of Provincial People's Committees under the Central Government, Heads of units under the Ministry of Justice are responsible for implementing this decision./.
