Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to Decree No. 30/2003/NĐ-CP dated April 1, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of agencies under the Government;
Pursuant to Decree No. 122/2005/NĐ-CP dated October 4, 2005 of the Government stipulating the organization of competition and reward work;
Considering the proposal of the General Director of the Vietnamese Broadcasting Corporation and the Minister of Home Affairs,

Article 1. The Award and Recognition Committee under the Vietnamese Broadcasting Corporation is hereby established.
Article 2. The Award and Recognition Committee shall have the function of assisting the General Director of the Vietnamese Broadcasting Corporation in implementing competition and reward work in accordance with the provisions of the law.
The General Director of the Vietnamese Broadcasting Corporation shall decide on the tasks, powers, and staffing of the Award and Recognition Committee.
Article 3. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of signature.
Ministers, Heads of agencies at the same level as ministries, Heads of agencies under the Government, Chairpersons of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
