Regarding the list of State Secrets of Degree Confidential of Vietnam Television

  THE MINISTER OF PUBLIC SECURITY

Based on the Ordinance on Protection of State Secrets dated December 28, 2000;

Pursuant to Decree No. 136/2003/ND-CP dated November 14, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Public Security;

Pursuant to the Decree No. 33/2002/NĐ-CP dated March 28, 2002 of the Government detailing the implementation of the Ordinance on Protection of State Secrets;

After reaching consensus with the General Director of Vietnam Television,

Pursuant to …;

Article 1. The list of State Secrets of Degree Confidential of Vietnam Television includes information within the following scope:

1. Master plans and long-term development plans for the television industry system;

2. Plans for prevention and protection of safety in television production and broadcasting;

3. Information and materials collected by television staff related to strategic issues, domestic and foreign policies, and national security of the Party and State that have not been disclosed;

4. Technical design files and technology transmission signal and broadcasting materials; technological processes for broadcasting;

5. Results of research, inventions, and scientific innovations in television that have not been disclosed;

6. Signed cooperation documents between Vietnam Television and foreign countries that have not been disclosed;

7. Complaints and denunciations related to national security sent to Vietnam Television;

8. Design documents, technical specifications, and regulations and conventions ensuring internal computer network security of the Television Station; 9. Personnel files of key cadres at the department level or equivalent and above of Vietnam Television; inspection, investigation, complaint resolution documents within the Television Station that have not been disclosed;

Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette. Relevant departments of Vietnam Television and the Ministry of Public Security are responsible for inspecting the implementation of this Decision.

Article 3. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government-affiliated agencies, provincial People's Committees, and centrally governed city People's Committees are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
