Regarding the establishment of the Management Board for the Ba Ria - Vung Tau Industrial Zone

PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;
Pursuant to Decree No. 192/CP dated December 28, 1994 of the Government promulgating the Regulations on Industrial Zones;
To implement Decision No. 333/TTg dated May 22, 1996 of the Prime Minister regarding the establishment of My Xuan A Industrial Zone in Ba Ria - Vung Tau Province and approving the investment project for construction and operation of the infrastructure of this industrial zone;
Considering the proposal of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Ba Ria - Vung Tau Province and the Minister, Head of the Organization-Cadre Department of the Government,
DECISION:
Article 1.- The Management Board for the Ba Ria - Vung Tau Industrial Zone is established to manage the industrial zones within the territory of Ba Ria - Vung Tau Province.
The Management Board for the Ba Ria - Vung Tau Industrial Zone shall perform the management tasks and powers of industrial zones as stipulated in Article 20 of the Regulations on Industrial Zones issued together with Decree No. 192/CP dated December 28, 1994 of the Government.
The Management Board for the Ba Ria - Vung Tau Industrial Zone has legal personality, has its own bank account, seal, staffing, and operating funds provided from the State budget.
Article 2.- The Management Board for the Ba Ria - Vung Tau Industrial Zone shall have a Director, several Deputy Directors, and a supporting administrative structure.
The appointment of the Director, Deputy Directors, and the establishment of the supporting administrative structure of the Management Board for the Ba Ria - Vung Tau Industrial Zone shall be carried out in accordance with Article 21 of Decree No. 192/CP dated December 28, 1994 of the Government.
Article 3.- Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of agencies under the Government, Chairman of the People's Committee of Ba Ria - Vung Tau Province, and the Director of the Management Board for the Ba Ria - Vung Tau Industrial Zone are responsible for implementing this Decision.
