Regarding the list of State secrets of the National Assembly degree Confidential for the National Assembly's agencies, the Committees of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly, and the National Assembly Office

Pursuant to the Ordinance on Protection of State Secrets dated December 28, 2000;

Pursuant to Decree No. 136/2003/NĐ-CP dated November 14, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Public Security; Pursuant to Decree No. 33/2002/NĐ-CP dated March 28, 2002 of

the Government detailing the implementation of the Ordinance on Protecting State Secrets;

After reaching consensus with the Director of the National Assembly Office,

Article 1. The list of State secrets of the National Assembly degree Confidential for the National Assembly, its agencies, the Committees of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly, and the National Assembly Office includes information within the following scope:

1. Appendices to the Resolutions of the National Assembly on the state budget estimates, budget allocations; approval of the annual final accounts of the state budget;

2. Documents serving the decision-making process regarding the organization of the state apparatus; regarding the election, appointment, dismissal, and confidence votes for leadership positions; regarding the approval, appointment, and removal of Deputy Prime Ministers, Ministers, and other members of the Government; establishment, merger, division, and adjustment of provincial and centrally-administered city administrative boundaries that have not been announced;

3. Reports on the results of oversight of law enforcement in localities, agencies, sectors, economic organizations, and social organizations that have not been announced;

4. Files and documents verifying complaints against National Assembly deputies, senior officials, and staff of the National Assembly Office that have not been announced;

5. Personnel files of National Assembly deputies, officials, and staff of the National Assembly Office;

6. Itineraries, documents related to domestic and foreign trips of the Chairman and Vice Chairmen of the National Assembly;

7. Plans and schemes for protecting the headquarters of the agency, safeguarding sessions of the National Assembly, and National Assembly conferences;

8. Statistical and accounting figures, revenues, and expenditures of the National Assembly, its agencies, and the National Assembly Office that have not been announced;

9. Information materials about security keys, passwords, encryption, and decryption in the computer system of the National Assembly Office;

10. Documents using data and information from other agencies' State secrets of the National Assembly degree Confidential;

Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days after its publication in the Official Gazette. Competent agencies of the National Assembly Office and the Ministry of Public Security are responsible for inspecting the implementation of this Decision.

Article 3. Agencies named in Article 1 of this Decision, ministries, ministerial-level agencies, agencies under the Government, People's Councils of provinces and centrally-administered cities are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
