On the Traditional Day of the Government Office

PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;
To promote the role and tradition of the Government Office, to encourage civil servants and employees working in the Government Office to build a strong organization;
At the proposal of the Minister and Head of the Government Office,
DECISION:
Article 1. Annually, August 28 shall be designated as the "Traditional Day of the Government Office."
Article 2. The organization of the annual Traditional Day of the Government Office must ensure practicality, effectiveness, thriftiness, and avoid formalism to fulfill the following contents and requirements:
- Educating the tradition of the Government Office, encouraging labor competition movements, enhancing discipline and revolutionary ethics among civil servants and employees in the Government Office.
- Commending and rewarding collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in building the Government Office and setting exemplary examples in implementing Party and State policies and laws through appropriate forms.
Article 3. The Minister and Head of the Government Office shall base on current regulations to guide the implementation of this Decision in accordance with the contents and requirements stipulated in Article 2.
Article 4. The Minister and Head of the Government Office, the Ministers and Heads of Ministries equivalent to Ministries, the Heads of agencies under the Government, and the Chairpersons of provincial and municipal People's Committees directly under the Central Government are responsible for enforcing this Decision./.
