Considering the proposal of the Board of Directors of the Vietnam Livestock Corporation and the Director of the Cadre and Civil Service Department;
Considering the proposal letter number 12/CĐ II/TCHC regarding the request for new vocational training from the Second Industrial Workers' School for Electrical Machinery;
At the proposal of the Director of the Cadre and Civil Servant Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. Now, we assign the Second Industrial Workers' School for Electrical Machinery to conduct pilot training for the Rural Electrical Machinery Vocational (to be implemented from the academic year 1999-2000) according to the objectives, plans, and course programs already issued by the Ministry in Decision No. 1556/QD-BNN-TCCB dated May 29, 1998.
Article 2. The Second Industrial Workers' School for Electrical Machinery is responsible for preparing a complete study plan, course programs, textbooks, teaching staff, and material facilities to be submitted to the Ministry before starting classes.
Article 3. The Director of the Ministry's Office, the Head of the Cadre Organization Department, the Principal of the Second Industrial Workers' School for Electrical Machinery, and the Heads of relevant units under the Ministry are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
