PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;
Pursuant to Decree No. 36/CP dated April 24, 1997 of the Government promulgating the Regulations on Industrial Zones, Export Processing Zones, and High-Tech Zones; To implement Decision No. 1127/QĐ-TTg dated December 18, 1998 of the Prime Minister regarding the establishment and approval of the investment project for construction and operation of infrastructure in the Phu Tai Industrial Zone, Binh Dinh Province;
Upon the proposal of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Binh Dinh Province, the Director of the Board of Management of Industrial Zones in Vietnam, and the Minister, Head of the Organization and Cadre Affairs Department of the Government.
DECISION:
Article 1.Now, the Management Board for Industrial Zones in Binh Dinh Province is established to manage industrial zones within the territory of Binh Dinh Province.
The Management Board for Industrial Zones in Binh Dinh Province shall perform management tasks and powers of industrial zones as prescribed in Article 27 of the Regulations on Industrial Zones, Export Processing Zones, and High-Tech Zones issued together with Decree No. 36/CP dated April 24, 1997 of the Government.
The Management Board for Industrial Zones in Binh Dinh Province has legal personality, maintains a bank account, uses a seal bearing the National Emblem, and has staffing and operating funds provided by the state budget.
Article 2. The Management Board for Industrial Zones in Binh Dinh Province consists of a Director, several Deputy Directors, several members, and a support staff.
The appointment of the Director, Deputy Directors, members, and the organizational structure of the Management Board for Industrial Zones in Binh Dinh Province shall be carried out in accordance with Articles 26 and 28 of Decree No. 36/CP dated April 24, 1997 of the Government.
Article 3. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of issuance.
Article 4. The Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, heads of agencies under the Government, the Director of the Board of Management of Industrial Zones in Vietnam, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Binh Dinh Province, and the Director of the Management Board for Industrial Zones in Binh Dinh Province are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
