DECISION OF THE MINISTER OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING
Regarding the adjustment of the Tet holiday period for the year of the Wood Sheep
for general education, preschool education, continuing education, and teacher training.
MINISTER OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING
Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 15/CP dated March 2, 1993 on the tasks, powers, and responsibilities of state management by ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 29/CP dated March 30, 1994 on the tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;
Pursuant to the Education Law dated December 2, 1998;
Pursuant to Decision No. 30/2000/QD-BGD&ĐT dated July 25, 2000 on the academic year 2000-2001 for preschool education, general education, continuing education, and teacher training;
At the proposal of the Director of the Office;
DECISION:
Article 1The Tet holiday period specified in Article 1 of Decision No. 30/2000/QD-BGD&ĐT dated July 25, 2000 is hereby adjusted as follows: A one-week Tet holiday from January 22, 2001 to January 28, 2001.
Article 2Chairmen of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, Directors of Departments of Education and Training, Heads of Offices, and Heads of units related to the Ministry of Education and Training shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
