DECREE OF THE GOVERNMENT
Regarding the establishment of communes under Cư Jút District and Buôn Đôn District, Dak Lak Province
THE GOVERNMENT
Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;
Considering the proposal of the Chairman Within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the dossier as mentioned in Sub-clause b, Clause 1, Article 3 above, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs will review and submit to the competent authority for decision (Issues exceeding the Ministry of Foreign Affairs' jurisdiction will be referred to the Prime Minister for consideration and decision).the People's Committee of Dak Lak Province and the Minister, Head of the Organization-Cadre Department of the Government,
DECREE:
Article 1. Now, the establishment of communes under Cư Jút District and Buôn Đôn District shall be carried out as follows:
1. Establishing Cư Knia Commune under Cư Jút District based on 2,987 hectares of natural area and 3,278 population of Trúc Sơn Commune;
Administrative boundaries of Cư Knia Commune: East borders Trúc Sơn Commune; West borders Đắk Drông Commune and Đắk Mil District; South borders Đắk Mil District; North borders Đắk Drông Commune and Nam Dong Commune.
After adjusting administrative boundaries to establish Cư Knia Commune, Trúc Sơn Commune will retain 2,770 hectares of natural area and 2,842 population.
2. Establishing Đắk Wil Commune under Cư Jút District based on 42,140 hectares of natural area and 5,159 population of Ea Pô Commune;
Administrative boundaries of Đắk Wil Commune: East borders Ea Pô Commune; West borders Cambodia; South borders Đắk Drông Commune and Đắk Mil District; North borders Buôn Đôn District.
After adjusting administrative boundaries to establish Đắk Wil Commune, Ea Pô Commune will retain 10,010 hectares of natural area and 9,189 population.
3. Adjusting administrative boundaries of Ea Bar Commune and Cuôr Knia Commune under Buôn Đôn District as follows:
Incorporating 930 hectares of natural area and 4,006 population of Ea Bar Commune into the management of Cuôr Knia Commune;
After adjusting administrative boundaries, Ea Bar Commune will have 2,600 hectares of natural area and 14,407 population. Cuôr Knia Commune will have 7,728 hectares of natural area and 16,215 population.
4. Establishing Tân Hòa Commune under Buôn Đôn District based on 5,698 hectares of natural area and 8,621 population of Cuôr Knia Commune;
Administrative boundaries of Tân Hòa Commune: East borders Cuôr Knia Commune; West borders Ea Pô Commune; South borders Ea Nuôl Commune; North borders Ea Wer Commune and Cư Mgar District.
After adjusting administrative boundaries to establish Tân Hòa Commune, Cuôr Knia Commune will retain 2,030 hectares of natural area and 7,594 population.
Article 2. The Chairman of the People's Committee of Lam Dong Province, the Minister of Home Affairs, and the Heads of relevant agencies are responsible for implementing this Decree./.
Article 3. The Chairman of the People's Committee of Dak Lak Province, the Minister, Head of the Organization-Cadre Department of the Government, and Heads of relevant agencies are responsible for implementing this Decree./.
