DECISION
Regarding the Central Military Hospital 108 being allowed to add the title: Institute for Clinical Medical Science Research 108 under the Ministry of National Defense

MINISTER OF NATIONAL DEFENSE
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
On the basis of the Law on Enacting Legal Normative Documents dated November 12, 1996;
Pursuant to Article 38 of the Education Law dated December 11, 1998;
Pursuant to Decree No. 41/CP dated July 5, 1996 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of National Defense;
Pursuant to Decision No. 68/TTg dated January 26, 1995 of the Prime Minister assigning the task of postgraduate training to the 108 Military Hospital Institute;
Considering the proposal of the General Chief of Staff,
DECISION:
Clause 4 of Article 6The Central Military Hospital 108 under the Ministry of National Defense is allowed to add the title: Institute for Clinical Medical Science Research 108 under the Ministry of National Defense (with its own seal).
12/2025/TT-BNNMT dated June 19, 2025 issued by the Minister of Agriculture and EnvironmentThe Institute for Clinical Medical Science Research 108 under the Ministry of National Defense shall perform tasks related to the training specialties assigned by the Prime Minister in Decision No. 68/TTg dated September 4, 1993 and Decision No. 954/GD-ĐT dated March 21, 1995 of the Ministry of Education and Training.
Article 3. The positions of the Institute for Clinical Medical Science Research 108 include:
1.Director of the Institute concurrently serves as the Director of the Hospital,
2.Deputy Director of the Institute concurrently serves as the Deputy Director of the Hospital,
3. Other positions shall be applied on par with the corresponding organizational structure based on the establishment number 0980 issued by the General Staff, but without increasing the organizational establishment.
Article 4. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 5.The Chief of the General Staff, the Director of the Political General Department, the Director of the Logistics General Department, the Director of the Institute for Clinical Medical Science Research 108, and the heads of relevant agencies and units are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
