GOVERNOR OF THE STATE BANK OF VIETNAM

Pursuant to the Law on the State Bank of Vietnam 1997 and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on the State Bank of Vietnam 2003;

Pursuant to Decree No. 52/2003/ND-CP dated May 19, 2003, issued by the Government, detailing the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the State Bank of Vietnam;

Pursuant to Decree No. 07/2006/NĐ-CP dated January 10, 2006 of the Government on the financial system of the State Bank of Vietnam;

At the proposal of the Director of the Accounting and Finance Department.

Pursuant to …;

Article 1. The Financial Management Regulation of the State Bank is hereby issued together with this Decision.

Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette. The following documents and certain provisions shall be repealed:

Decision No. 657/2003/QĐ-NHNN dated June 25, 2003 of the Governor of the State Bank on the issuance of the Financial Management Regulation of the State Bank.

Circular No. 935/NHNN-KTTC dated August 25, 2005 of the State Bank on guiding bidding for procurement of fixed assets within the State Bank system.

Article 11; 13; 14; 15; 17; 18; 19; 20 and Section 2 Chapter I of Decision No. 1407/QĐ-NHNN dated November 12, 2001 of the Governor of the State Bank on the issuance of the Regulation on management, use, and accounting of fixed assets, tools, and materials.

Article 3. The Heads of the Office, Directors of the Accounting and Finance Department, Directors of the General Audit Department, Heads of units under the State Bank, and Governors of the State Bank branches in provinces and centrally-administered cities are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
